AV “The Singing Chef” Erving visited Tune Groover Studios to be interviewed on The Gargsville Radio Hour to talk about Indian vegetarian cooking, which he learned while spending four years of his childhood at a boarding school in Vrndavana, India.

He is called the “singing chef” because of his love of singing both the devotional Vedic Hymns of India through bhajans and kirtans and his musical tastes throughout a broad spectrum of genres, including reggae. In fact, during the show he sings his own rendition of Bob Marley’s “Redemption song.

The show, which originally aired on WGOT LP 100.1 FM in Gainesville, can be heard in its entirety via the MixCloud player above.
