The Heavy Pets, who are known for being a creative jam band that has put out six-full-length studio albums of their own, and was lauded by The Huffington Post for releasing one of the top ten albums of 2010, will perform a Beatles’ tribute show tonight called “Walrus” at the High Dive.

About midway through a two-month tour that started in the Big Apple, the five-piece band, fronted by guitarist and vocalist Jeff Llyod, are celebrating their 10-year anniversary and wanted to do something special for their fans. Hence the upcoming Beatle show, which promises to combine Beatle classics with the band’s own twist.

Captains of the Frontier will open the show.

Admission is $14 at the door, advance tickets for $10 at the High Dive box office/$11 at Hear Again Records.
Doors open at 9 pm and the show starts at 10 pm.
