Interviews with Dave Melosh and Rob Thorne 

The fourth episode of the Gargsville Radio Hour this week features an interview with record producer and owner of both the Heartwood Soundstage and Medusa Productions, Dave Melosh. Together, they preview the 2nd Annual Heartwood Music Festival and other events around the venue. The festival features an outdoor and indoor stage and takes place this Saturday from 12 Noon until 2 Am on Sunday morning.

Part 2 of Gargs’s interview with Rob Thorne also is featured. Rob, who has been the drummer for the likes of the Catalinas, the Spongetones, Johnny Cash and Rufus Thomas, talks about meeting Johnny Cash for the first time, his relationship with Arthur Smith (who co-wrote the song “Dueling Banjos”) and the period between the Beatles appearing on Ed Sullivan to his joining the Spongetones and much more.

At the beginning of the show, Gargs rants about current events.
